Hillcrest
A smaller but similar project to Churchill Park known as Hillcrest was constructed in the adjoining suburb of Narre Warren.
This was entirely pre sold before completion based largely on purchasers recognising the quality of Intrapac’s projects as evidenced by Churchill Park.
